EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions (the "Terms") for use of the EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ web site (the "Site") and EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ services. Please read the Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance
   By using the EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ Material (as defined below), you are deemed to accept the validity of and be bound by the Terms as stated herein without modification. EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ Services is defined as any EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ service.
2. Legal Advice, Information and Decision Making Responsibility
   EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ is not a law firm and does not provide Legal Advice (as defined below). Your use of the Site or any EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ service does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™. You agree that all decisions you make on legal matters are your full responsibility and you agree to retain legal counsel licensed to practice in your jurisdiction regarding any legal issue of enough importance to reasonably require it. You agree that EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ does not provide Legal Advice. If you receive any communication from EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™, its agents, its employees or any other associated entity, which is Legal Advice, you agree that it is NOT a communication authorized by EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ and you agree to immediately delete and disregard it.
3. Indemnification
   The user agrees to indemnify and hold EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™, its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of the Site or EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ Material or EZ Marketing Services, LLC. and Scoutly™ Services. EZ Marketing Services, LLC and Scoutly™ shall never be liable for any damages that may arise from the service provided.
4. Governing Law
   The Terms are governed by the laws of Hopewell, Virginia. You consent to arbitrate or mediate any issue that could arise in executing this agreement, specifically waiving the right to file a lawsuit in any Court.
